Position Description:  

Ahura Scientific is looking for a Pharmaceutical Support Specialist.  The primary function of this position is to support and educate customers in the use of Ahura Scientific’s industry-leading analytical devices. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers to plan for, and execute the installation and on-site qualification of Ahura Scientific analytical devices
  • Conduct orientation and refresher training with customers, both on-site as well as using WebEx or similar training tools
  • Communicate with Ahura Scientific technical staff to coordinate service and support as well as relay customer feedback
  • Generate and complete required documentation

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S., in a science field preferred
  • Knowledge of laboratory analytical technologies (infrared and Raman spectroscopy would be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical operations, including regulations governing pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g., GMP, CFR, USP)
  • Willingness to accept a significant amount of travel (up to 75%) both domestic and international
  • Intense customer focus, responsive, reliable and conscientious
